It's soup season, y'all! I'll be honest, it's always soup season to me, but now that the weather has FINALLY cooled off enough in Tennessee to actually feel like fall, then I can officially declare it soup season.
Below is a collection of my soups (and chili) for you to quickly peruse and access the recipes. I absolutely love making a pot of soup on Sunday and having it for an easy lunch all week. Most of these freeze great too with the exception of the minestrone (just FYI).
